Alex has helped me now twice since arriving to Berlin from the US with my cell phone and home wifi internet. Both times he fully explained to me what my options were in a clear way and provided great customer service. It has been lifesaving knowing that someone can help me set up these important services in a way I can understand. I will gladly give my future business to 1&1 no doubt. The store location is also very convenient right by public transportation.

  Very friendly staff! They speak fluently at least 3 languages there, so you have no problems if you don't speak German, which is my case. I got to the store cause I had some questions regarding the internet plan I had hired over the phone, and they even helped me with things not related to my internet service. So far, this is the best customer service experience I had in Germany, BY FAR! Strongly recommended! 10/10

  GO HERE if you don't speak German and need to navigate the (nightmarish) German telecom landscape. The customer service is exceptional! After months of failed attempts to set up internet and cell service by ourselves, my partner and I finally found 1&1 Premium Shop and we had everything set up within two weeks (which, by Berlin standards, is lightning fast). Alex took the time to help us understand how the German telecom system works, guided us through the process, and supplied us with working internet and decent cell phone plans. I've seen some reviews complaining about specific telecom companies (e.g. 1&1) and their services, but this misses the point entirely. The 1&1 Premium Shop can't change the services these companies provide. What Premium Shop *does* provide, however, is a way to quickly and easily navigate those services, and Alex does a wonderful job to set you up with exactly which one is best for you in your situation. It was an ideal choice for us, since we were only in Berlin for one year—and I have no doubt that he would be able to provide equally helpful advice to anyone staying for shorter/longer. I can't recommend 1&1 Premium Shop highly enough!

  This is by far one of the BEST customer service experiences I have had in Berlin. As a non German speaker I truly appreciated the service of the team here who ensured that everything regarding my internet connection from the signing of the contract to the day I was actually connected was explained thoroughly to me in English. Kudos once again!

  The service offered is great. They really take care of the client and help also by language-barriers problems. Everything is explained in English as well and if you need any help also in doing the silliest thing (paying the first monthly bill), they help you. Thank you!

  This is actually one - if not the best- customer service you can get in Berlin... This shop offers an English customer service and the guy there is very professional and extremely helpful... You can make sure that you'll get the best advice here! I got my phones display totally smashed and i got it repaired without paying a single euro!!!! Although it costs 160 € to fix it...
